MS Projects and/or Primavera P-3 scheduling, comprised of over 6,000 activities. 

Pay $55.00/hr 

Per Diem: TBD. On total expenses until per diem is decided depending on location of project.  

Negotiations should be around $130/+/-day

Travel expenses for mob/de-mob would include mileage and travel time.

meals up to $35/day and lodging as required. Actual expenses submitted on client expense report.

$500M/Power Plant Project on 40 acres in Wise County, Texas

This is an 800 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. Lead Onsite Owner’s Representative, included heading the start up group, working off the punch lists, settling clams, closing out right-of way issues (punch list), and negotiating a tax abatement with the county.

 

1993-2001

Vice-President - Field Operations - large design/build company  - oversaw the closing out of punch lists, claims, and contract issues on a variety of projects throughout the US, usually as the owner’s construction manager. Major clients were 3M, Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Sara Lee, and S. C. Johnson & Son. Projects included chemical plants, bottling plants, food and beverage plants, and cleaning products manufacturing plants.

 

1990-1993

Resident Construction Manager managing and closing out over 30 prime contracts on a major chemical plant addition. Was responsible for scope of work, contract negotiations, inspections, punch list close out, and claims mitigation.
